Dr Jackatey was friendly, polite and professional. She took the time to listen to my concern and provided me with a prescription to help. Other doctors on the system have been rushed or even answered the phone in non-professional settings (as a passenger in a car with me on video/speaker) but Dr Jackatey was in a professional and private setting.
